Prior to forming Gramlich Design & Planning in 2000, Peter worked on various large-scale international projects in the employ of The Stubbins Associates of Cambridge, HDS & Associates of Boston and Suter + Suter Architekten of Leipzig, Germany. His duties ranged from assistant to project architect and manager, and his scope of work spanned from presentation drawings to the production of construction documents. Peter remains fluent in German, his native language, and has travelled extensively throughout Europe.
Mosse Palais, Berlin, the first building completed in Berlin's Potsdamer Platz after German reunification.

The building's crown contains penthouses with views of the Spree, Tiergarten and Brandenburg Gate.
