International Work. 
Prior to forming Gramlich Design & Planning in 2000, Peter worked on various large-scale international projects in the employ of The Stubbins Associates of Cambridge, HDS & Associates of Boston and Suter + Suter Architekten of Leipzig, Germany.  His duties ranged from assistant to project architect and manager, and his scope of work spanned from presentation drawings to the production of construction documents.  Peter remains fluent in German, his native language, and has travelled extensively throughout Europe.



Mosse Palais, Berlin, the first building completed in Berlin's Potsdamer Platz after German reunification. 
Designed by HDS & Associates of Boston, 1995-1997.  Peter's role: project architect. 
150,000 SF 12-story mixed-use building with offices and residences.
The Berlin headquarters of the American Jewish Committee is housed here, near the site of Hitler's bunker.



The building's crown contains penthouses with views of the Spree, Tiergarten and Brandenburg Gate.



Peter built a CAD model to study the building's undulating facade and crown.

 

Schuetzenstrasse 15-17, Berlin, completed 1999 near Checkpoint Charlie.
Designed by HDS & Associates of Boston, 1995-1997.  Peter's role: project architect. 
120,000 SF 10-story mixed-use building with offices and residences.



Customs Headquarters, Dubai, UAE, 1997.  Unbuilt.
Designed by HDS & Associates of Boston, 1995-1997.  Peter's role: artist.
  



Spittelmarkt Project, Berlin.  Unrealized design competition entry.
Designed by HDS & Associates of Boston, 1996.  Peter's role: CAD modeller. 
Mixed-use complex near Alexanderplatz in Berlin.



Peter worked at The Stubbins Associates of Cambridge, MA, from 1998 to 1999.
At that time, TSA specialized in design for the Asian market.
Peter's role was that of 3D computer modeller.
